Objectives and Methods Not DefinedIf you have a project where either the methods or the objectives are not yet well defined it is essential to plan how this will be dealt with. At some point in the project cycle, the objectives and methods must be agreed upon. The process for defining these may very well be iterative as implied in the diagram above.
